Our room was beautiful. Very spacious, tastefully decorated and we loved the newly renovated bathroom with large, whirlpool tub. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to restaurants, pubs, etc. Above all, however, was the service. They were able to accommodate our request, despite my error when booking online. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay, Cathy Fay - via bandbireland.com.
My husband Tom and I spent a lovely evening at Avonmore House. Our room was very comfortable and cozy. I especially enjoyed the sitting area. Breakfast was very good and filling. We would recommend Avonmore House to anyone, Barbara Bohan - via bandbireland.com

This was an excellent B&B the house is over 250 years old but in great shape. Our host Jack and Eileen were very gracious and informative of what site or points of interest to visit. They were a great start to our trip to Ireland. Breakfasts were excellent. We had to leave a day early so Jack help book reservation for us in Kenmare Thank you. One of the best B&Bs Ive stayed in The rooms we had were very bright and beautifully decorated: simple and modern. The breakfast was delicious really the *full* irish breakfast, black pudding and all and the hosts were very nice. It was a quick walk to the village, which had plenty of pubs, and was also very close to the water. Highly recommended, Jody - via bandbireland.com
Avonmore House is a beautiful B&B. Walking distance to pubs and shopping. Jack greeted us upon arrival and proceeded to take us to the "lift" aka the stairs to our 3rd floor room. Spacious, clean rooms, bathroom with a tub and plenty of hot water. Delicious breakfast with plenty to eat. If you have large suitcases, request a room on the 2nd floor. Plenty of parking.
